Skills & Experience
Who I am...
A graduate of Ashford University with Bachelors' degrees in both Public Relations/Marketing and Business Administration. Community Relations/Marketing are specific areas of business that I am passionate about. I enjoy the ability to assist organizations in conveying a consistent message, engaging the target audience and creating a positive public image.
I worked as the Executive Director of the Mead Area Chamber of Commerce and had the opportunity to collaborate with the Town of Mead on various events and projects. The experience gained from this collaboration, has provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the local community and skills I never would have gained otherwise.
Previously, I worked coordinating Digital Marketing efforts for a Northern Colorado non-profit financial institution. Through this organization, I had the opportunity to grow a team and manage marketing campaigns, create and implement social media policy, develop marketing plans, coordinate events, and create budgets for multiple partner businesses.
My current position as a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist for a Northern Colorado Financial Institution, has provided me with the opportunity to manage display, search, and social media campaigns, transactional and marketing email campaigns, develop social media calendars, craft and curate social media content, manage online reviews, implement social media guidelines, develop the online brand voice, edit and create html web pages, revamp digital marketing reports to include industry bench marks, and historical data, and much more.
And this is what I am looking for...
A marketing position that will allow me the opportunity to collaborate on projects, develop marketing plans, create campaigns and report on metrics. Ensuring that I assist the organization in portraying a positive message and reputation is my main goal. The opportunity to join a team where I am able to have a positive impact while growing and learning with the organization.
In other words...
I am passionate about the fact that businesses of every shape and size need to leverage digital and traditional marketing to engage their target audience. There is a science to being successful in marketing. It is not an easy for businesses to navigate the digital world, an effective business development/marketing team will collaborate and develop a consistent message with corresponding campaigns resulting in increased brand awareness.
It is also my belief that when a marketing professional is invested in the mission and the values of the organization that they represent, they are more effective. Having the opportunity to be a part of an organization that will have a larger impact is something I hoped to achieve. Professionally, I am looking for a position that will be challenging, have a positive impact, and allow me to focus on both the short and long term goals of planning and executing marketing campaigns, with a high level of digital marketing included.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Tiffany Holcomb for over many years and have found her to be honest, reliable, hardworking, conscientious and courteous. She is very detailed orientated, strives for perfection, and proves herself on every task. I look forward to the day that I have the opportunity to work with her again.
-Colleen Whitlow (Town of Mead Board of Trustee)
As the Executive Board of Director for the Mead Chamber, Tiffany has been invaluable! I can say without hesitation that if it wasn’t for her, the Chamber would not function as smoothly as it does. She successfully plans events, organizes meetings, writes newsletters, keeps the books and maintains our website all while motivating other members to stay involved. Tiffany is the cornerstone of the Mead Chamber and I’m very lucky to have her on staff.
- Dina Schmitt (M.A.C.C. President)

I met Tiffany Holcomb when I was serving on the Board for the Mead Chamber of Commerce. Tiffany was Director of the Chamber at that time. I had the pleasure of working on several large events with her. Her vision and ability to coordinate and pull these events together from inception to completion was extraordinary. In addition, her marketing skills through social media attracted large crowds. I look forward to working side by side with Tiffany again.
